Ladies Muay Thai
Increasingly more women are taking up training in Muay Thai and are sticking with it as they see their fitness levels improving quickly.
O.B gym run a ladies only class on a Wednesday and Friday nights at 7pm to 8pm. These are really popular classes with 25 ladies training regularly.
Our ladies classes are suitable for women of any level of fitness who would like to start exercising or try something a bit different. The class is informal and sociable putting newcomers at ease.
Although the class is taught as a whole the training level is tailored to meet the ability of individuals within the class, allowing for personal tuittion during the session. We take a person centered approach, going at each individuals own pace whilst challenging them to take the next step in their training.
The classes will not only change body shape and increase fitness, it enhances confidence and motivation to manage other areas of life in a more positive way.
