1) Shadow Boxing (Full Thai for 2minutes & 3 minutes skipping)
2) Ritual Dance No. 5 (Show interpretation)
3) Flexibility (Show some of your warm up and stretching exercises, plus 25 sit-ups, 25 squat thrusts and 25 press ups)
4) Three Self Defence Techniques
5) Boxing (Three boxing combination)
6) Elbows (Three elbow combination)
7) Knees (Three knee combination)
8) Kicks (Three kick combination)
9) Full Thai (1 x 2 minutes full Thai pad work)
10) Advanced Kicking Techniques
11) Sparring (2 minutes Full Thai sparring showing all Thai techniques)
12) General Knowledge (You will be asked different questions on the sport of Muay Thai. Make sure that you get a general knowledge sheet from your instructor. Also learn all your Rules)
N.B. Always bow to your grading partner and instructor before showing technique, hit the pad hard and remember your guard and breath when hitting. Try not to be nervous and good luck!
