Junior Grade
Green Armband
1) Shadow Boxing (Full Thai for 60 seconds)
2) Wai Kru - 6 Bows & first stage of Ritual Dance (Show interpretation)
3) Flexibility (Show some of your warm up and stretching exercises, plus 10 sit-ups, 10 squat thrusts and 10 press ups)
4) Three Self Defence Techniques
5) Boxing (One boxing combination)
6) Elbows (One elbow combination)
7) Knees (One knee combination)
8) Kicks (One kick combination)
9) General Knowledge (You will be asked different questions on the sport of Muay Thai. Make sure that you get a general knowledge sheet from your instructor)
N.B. Always bow to your grading partner and instructor before showing technique, hit the pad hard and remember your guard and breath when hitting. Try not to be nervous and good luck!
