5) Boxing (Jab And Straight Right Punch)
6) Elbows (Left And Right Cross Elbow)
7) Knees (Left And Right Front Knee)
8) Kicks (Left And Right Roundhouse To Body)
9) General Knowledge (You will be asked for one rule, the name of our sport, what is the capital city of Thailand and to state one benefit of training in Muay Thai)
N.B. Always bow to your grading partner and instructor before showing technique, hit the pad hard and remember your guard and breath when hitting. Try not to be nervous and good luck!
