                        A)                Front Spring Knees (Without holding)

                        B)                Side Knees (Without holding)

 

8)                  Kicks

A)    Body Kick (Roundhouse)

B)    High Kick (Roundhouse)

C)    Front Kick

 

9)                  General Knowledge (You will be asked what does Muay Thai mean? Why must you use Muay Thai for self defence only? What is the Thai name for your armband?)

 

 

N.B.    Always bow to your grading partner and instructor before showing technique, hit the pad hard and remember your guard and breath when hitting. Try not to be nervous and good luck!
