O`B Muay Thai gym run classes in Muay Thai boxing for men, women and children. Muay Thai is an effective form of self defence, an ideal sport to improve fitness and lose weight.
The gym is run by John O`Brien and caters for all your individual training needs from total beginners to those requiring professional fight training. You decide how hard you want to work and set your goals and we`ll help you achieve them.
Classes are taught in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere so that your time training is both enjoyable and productive.
The gym is at 9 William Street, Johnstone. Please note the gym entrance is through Dimity Street car park. For pictures of the gym click here.

Brazilian Ju-Jitsu class
We are offering classes in Brazilian Ju-Jitsu at the gym. The class will be at 7.30pm on Wednesdays and costs £5. These clases will be taught by Marco Nardini who has a great reputation in the world of BBJ and we are proud to have him on board. For more details click here.
